I was putting it out there that I have three studio spaces and some guest quarters available for rent over Tangofest.

The first is my Studio, La Casita, on Mt Tabor- this is a standalone house with a dancefloor, a half bath and a sleeping loft. This is where Pulpo and other teachers have stayed in the past. This is a beautiful and private space with a sprung floor and stereo.

The second is a studio space over my garage (Hawthorne) for is available for privates and such.

The third is a spacious dance room in my house in the Hawthorne neighborhood.

Also I have a full Master suite and a guest room that I am willing to rent out. Both of these will have access to the dance spaces. 

The large sunny Master suite includes king size bed, mirrored makeup vanity, bureau, full length mirror, dual walk in shower, and jacuzzi tub.

The guest room is simple with just a futon bed and table and closet.

I can send photos or discuss prices with any possibilities. For the studio or the master suite $100/day seems reasonable since these are nicer than a hotel room and includes dance floors and sound systems that can be used at their pleasure.
